Any Package
We honor the service and sacrifice of our military members and their families. This discount applies to Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, and Veterans planning personal or organizational events.
Requirements: Valid military ID, VA card, or DD-214 must be presented at the time of booking to receive the discount.
These discounts can be applied to any of our standard packages, including weekday, weekend, and specialty packages. Contact us during booking to ensure your discount is properly applied to your reservation.
Deposits, Payments & Policies
We've designed our booking process to be straightforward and fair, with clear policies that protect both you and our venue. Here's everything you need to know about securing your date and managing your event finances.

Reservation Deposit — 50% of Total
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your total rental cost is required to secure your event date. This deposit holds your reservation and is applied toward your total rental cost. Once received, your date is officially reserved and removed from our availability calendar.

Damage & Cleaning Deposit — $300
A fully refundable $300 damage and cleaning deposit is collected along with your reservation deposit. This protects the venue and is returned in full within 7-10 business days after your event, provided the venue is left in good condition with no damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Final Balance Due — 7 Days Before
Your remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your event date. This ensures all financial matters are settled before your event, allowing you to focus entirely on the celebration or program rather than logistics on event day.

Rescheduling Policy — Free with Notice
Life happens, and plans change. We offer free rescheduling to another available date if you provide at least 14 days' notice. This flexibility ensures you can adjust your plans without financial penalty when circumstances require a date change.
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Contact our booking coordinator for specific payment processing details and to discuss any questions about our policies.

Our professional team handles all the heavy lifting. We'll arrange your space exactly as you envision it before you arrive, and we'll restore everything after you leave. You focus on your event; we'll handle the logistics.
Professional Audio System
Bluetooth-enabled sound system throughout the venue and two wireless microphones for speeches, presentations, toasts, or announcements. Crystal-clear audio ensures every word is heard by every guest.
High-Speed WiFi
Reliable, high-speed internet access throughout the entire venue. Perfect for streaming, presentations, video calls, social media sharing, or keeping your corporate event connected and productive.
Kitchen Access
Our small but functional kitchen is available for warming food, preparing beverages, and staging catered meals. While it's a warming kitchen rather than a full commercial kitchen, it provides everything needed for successful food service.
Expansive Indoor Space
